Welcome to our World

What started out as a peaceful summer morning at the cottage 74 days ago, became the day that changed our lives.  Pepper was at that time, a day shy of turning 9 months old and we had just had a sleepless night. I needed coffee and headed into town, while Cuong and the kids, my cousin Tanya and her family held down the fort. Upon my return, I was greeted by the group in the great room and we sat down to plan out our day. Twenty minutes after sitting down, it all started. Pepper had a seizure.  We didn’t know it at the time, but this was to be the start of our journey with epilepsy. Pepper’s journey, our journey. Pepperlepsy.
